Elijah Kenny - dolo (Prod HiJohn)

Elijah Kenny’s latest single, “dolo”, entrances the listener from the very beginning. With futuristic samples and brass horns setting the foundation for the mood of the vocal style of Elijah. I think the strongest thing he does here are his vocals. He harmonizes very keenly to where it has purpose in the song, rather than attaching to every chorus. There is a lot of thought and planning put into this production, and it spawns this mesmerizing song that scratches an emotional itch I didn’t know I had.
