Fuegomeansfire - Love Me
The first single from Fuegomeansfire, “Love Me”, is a gritty and somber production with huge elements of dark pop. The higher vocal effects on this track are a nice contrast to the grandiose style of production. The lyrics are centered around this dark viewpoint from a either a past relationship, or a current one. It feels that these lyrics are the result of a situation boiling over. The most important part is not drowning that emotion out with the effects of vocals. I think Fuego rides that line just enough, there’s still enough of that raw emotion in the vocals, but with a style that can take it a step further.
