AJ Bray follows up his most recent work 2 Cell Phones with a whole new style, flow and overall direction on Fall in Love. There is one thing however that both of those pieces have in common: they are both hits.
This Zatan produced cut has a lo-fi, smooth sailing ambiance, that sonically, invites you to lower your car windows and feel the breeze. A.J Bray uses this production as a platform to aim a message at an old flame asking that they rekindle their spark. Again, the important part here is the execution. The way he delivers this message is in the realms of pop. Some of his small, yet feverish, followers might be disappointed not see more of his smooth sailing hip-hop, however, this should be a positive sign for them. A sign that A.J Bray is more than a one dimensional creative, a trait which ensures you won’t be getting bored of this San Antonio native anytime soon.
