A-WALL - HELIOS
A-Wall has slowly been bubbling inside a musical kettle ever since dropping Verano. Helios, his current release, has only brought that kettle closer to boiling over into the public eye.
Helios, touches on multiple aspects of A-Wall’s mental and manages to do it with a colorful production, lucid writing, and an inspired take on the indie, bedroom, pop genre. The best example of this can be scene on Sun Sailor. Immediately upon hitting play on this banger you are greeted by some deep 808’s drums, which are followed up by some wavy vocals that carry you into a musically induced state of bliss.
Features on this project consist of Xavier Flower, Pretty Boy Aaron and Falak Fahim. While the feature list isn’t vast, every feature has a clear purpose on their respective track and doesn’t feel tacked on for the sake of being a feature.
