Unorthodox as hell hip-hop beats, no consistent pitches in lyrical deliveries, chemistry through the roof, and a love for their influences in Brockhampton and Tyler the Creator makes for one hard Latino hip-hop trio in Chroma.

Kalid Abdul has the most abstract style in how he quickly changes vocal pitches up and down, shortening one bar more than another, and a bit of Young Thug like ad libbing in between verses. Then comes in Polo with his deeper grungy like lyrical style, he’s the creator of some of their best track hooks, this I’ve been able to narrow down to his natural knack of creating a flow that bridges the gap in styles between Bleu and Kalid. Bleu Santana is the lyrical machine component within the construct of Chroma. Often blending verses with a wide range of rhyming schemes, this creates an unpredictable element to his verses, leaving the listener wondering where he’ll take the track next. Make sure you listen this wild trio’s music before they take the stage at Dallas’s very first Cannabis Convention- The Dispo on July 20th. BUY TICKETS HERE.
