GuitarEmoji - Epitome Of Stupidity (Album)
GuitarEmoji, Dallas’s through and through rockstar, has released his long-awaited album “Epitome of Stupidity”. The opening track, “Thug It Out”, is out the gates loud and fast, setting a memorable first impression with its rock-inspired vocal energy and production. A lot of attention to detail went into the production of this album to see GuitarEmoji’s vision through every song. Blending characteristics from hip hop, punk and emo rock, this album is both an ode and a revival of late 90’s/early 00’s music. This is emphasized in songs like the teary-eyed banger, “Sayayaya”, which boasts a skater punk inspired chorus and verses that you would likely hear in an emo-pop song. “Both Moodz” takes it a step even further, the punk energy from GuitarEmoji’s voice is only boosted by the lone drum set pounding a primal rhythm into the air. I can only encourage the eagerness and experimental attitude of musicians, so I hope GuitarEmoji continues on this path of pushing his own boundaries.
