Tony Fresco - Lay Low

Atlanta artist, Tony Fresco, illustrates his blessings in life on his latest track, “Lay Low”. An energetic melody and trap style drum production builds a great foundation for Fresco to show off, in a sense, his lyrical ability. Fresco does a great job here controlling the pace, knowing when to suddenly stop on a dime then continue carrying that energy he built up along with him. Melding spoken word and singing, Fresco creates a silvery vocal layer that I think he has developed extremely well. Showing patience for his career, I can tell Fresco isn’t complacent. In fact he’s quite eager from the other tracks I’ve listened to from him. This song has a strong message that Tony Fresco won’t be letting up anytime soon, and I believe that’s a good thing for the scene.
